Olivier, your passionate Belgian-born host, has spent more than 10 years turning this small U-shaped farm into a model of ecological self-sufficiency. With no machinery or chemicals, he produces his own electricity, water and fresh food. Across 2 hectares: orchard, vegetable garden, greenhouse, pond, apiary and small livestock.
