A sincere, generous table full of garden flavours — open to our guests and passing visitors alike.
Here, cooking is not a service — it is an encounter. Around one big shared table, travellers meet, share, and leave with far more than a meal.
Everything on your plate comes from Olivier's garden, his animals or local producers he knows personally. Vegetables picked the same day, eggs laid that morning, homemade jams and preserves. The menu follows the seasons and the harvest — every meal is unique.
Dinner is served every evening, with booking required by 6 pm the day before, for a minimum of 2 guests. It also welcomes visitors not staying at the farm — a simple way to experience L'Angeberdière over a meal, without spending the night.
There is one single menu each evening — no a la carte. Please mention allergies and dietary requirements when booking.
Open to everyone — farm guests and outside visitors alike.
Booking required by 6 pm the day before.
Served when it suits you, breakfast is generous and unhurried. Homemade or artisan bread, jams and compotes made by Olivier with orchard fruit, farm honey, eggs laid that morning, fruit juice and hot drinks.
It is often when conversations start between guests, and when Olivier shares his tips for the day ahead.
Dinner at L'Angeberdière is now open to outside visitors. It is a lovely way to discover the farm, its cooking and its atmosphere over an evening — without necessarily spending the night.
